My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfy, and I loved that they opened onto the courtyard. However, the tables were very sticky. The service was friendly, but I felt they could have added more tables and chairs in the courtyard. The location was excellent, near the railway station and not far from Kingston town. Unfortunately, the dining experience was chaotic and definitely not good value for money.

Rooms

The rooms were perfect, opening onto the courtyard. I appreciated the tea/coffee making facilities, toiletries, hairdryer, and even an iron and ironing board.

The location was excellent, near Norbiton railway station and not far from Kingston town. It needs a good weeding & trimming.

The dining experience was chaotic and not good value for money. It was obviously prepared for early starters around 7 am.
Facilities

The facilities were good, but they missed a trick by not putting out more tables and chairs in the courtyard, especially with such nice weather.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great for exploring the local area, but the dining experience was just average. Overall, it offered good value for the price.

I really appreciated the complimentary fresh water in the room, and the small balcony overlooking the car park was a nice touch. The room was comfortable, especially with the help from the friendly Sunday morning receptionist in getting my luggage to the car.

I stayed for four days, and the service was generally good. The staff accommodated my vegetarian requirements well and offered the full restaurant menu for room service. However, there were issues with the room temperature and plumbing that were a bit inconvenient.

The hotel felt very overpriced for what it offered, with dark and cramped rooms lacking natural light and basic amenities. The location was convenient for public transport but seemed a bit outside the main city area. The dining experience was subpar with poor quality food and lack of notification about special events. However, the service was polite and accommodating, standing out among the disappointing aspects.

The hotel offers plenty of room for 2 adults and a teenage boy, but the rooms looked tired and shabby with torn curtains, a dirty toilet basin, and hair on the bathroom floor. The service was extremely helpful, especially at reception, where they quickly moved us to a nicer room. However, there was an incident of staff walking into our room early in the morning. The location had some drawbacks like outdated decor and long check-in times, but it was warm and had a festive atmosphere. The dining experience was adequate but could be improved. Despite the issues, the facilities were decent, though not ideal, with noisy fan heaters.
